Timing

You, the client, have a huge impact on how long it takes to fund a deal because we need information from you to present to the court.
We have funded transactions in as little as 30 days. However, more typical is for us to fund a client within 45 days of receiving signed contracts from our client.

Process

  • You discuss your financial needs with your client representative.
  • We send Disclosure to you.
  • You return the Disclosure back to us.
  • We send the Contract to you.
  • You send the Contract back to us with your backup paperwork.
  • We send your documents to the attorney.
  • The attorney files the paperwork with the court.
  • We receive a hearing date and appear at court.
  • File is approved and we receive a copy of the court order and insurance company acknowledgment.
