David Meyerowitz, President and CEO, founded Strategic Capital Corporation in 1994. David has extensive investment experience and a successful record of structuring financing programs with blue-chip institutional investors. His leadership in the secondary market for structured settlements, lottery winnings and other annuity payments has built Strategic Capital into one of the largest and most reputable companies in the industry.
Prior to founding Strategic Capital, David focused primarily on real estate development and investment and had been involved in transactions totalling over one million square feet of real estate in North America.
Married, with three children, David is an active member of the community and sits on the Board of the National Writing Project, www.writingproject.org, a U.S. non-profit organization committed to improving education and literacy in the nation's schools.
