includes: Comparison between cash value and future payments; structured settlement tax
benefits; alternatives for use of funds; Income needs and requirements; Income and expense
analysis; Consulting brokers, financial planners & attorneys on statutory, financial &
regulatory issues. Utilize discount rate calculations & comparisons. Assess tax consequences
& develop probate solutions. Must have 10 years relevant experience and CSSC certification.
